Yes. Mantra4Change US is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit in the United States, so gifts from US taxpayers are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive an acknowledgement by email that serves as your receipt.
Your gift funds the programmes Mantra4Change runs with state governments in India — leadership development, teacher capacity building, Project Based Learning and community engagement. Because delivery happens through the public system, the improvements outlast the funding.
Yes, and it's the most useful kind of support we receive. Predictable income lets us commit to multi-year partnerships with state governments. You can change or pause a monthly gift at any time.
Yes. Donors outside the US are welcome to give here, though the US tax deduction applies only to US taxpayers. If you are giving from India, it may be more efficient to give directly to Mantra4Change India — write to us and we'll point you to the right entity.
For larger gifts, yes. We can direct support towards a specific programme, state or theme, and report on it. For smaller gifts, unrestricted support is usually more useful because it lets us put funds where they compound fastest.
