Mantra4Change's journey across states is rooted in one belief: lasting change in education happens when systems are strengthened from within. Working alongside state governments, academic institutions and education leaders, we build long-term partnerships that improve leadership, teaching practices and learning experiences at scale.

A 12.48-point gain in foundational literacy and numeracy across Bangalore district, and a 33-point improvement in the effectiveness of head-teacher workshops.
Leadership and institutions
We have strengthened school leadership through capacity-building programmes and peer learning spaces, enabling education leaders to drive meaningful school improvement. Partnering with SCERTs, DIETs and Teacher Education Institutes, we have supported institutional reforms that build the capacity of teachers and school leaders — creating systems that keep growing independently.
Classrooms and outcomes
We have introduced and scaled Project Based Learning across government schools, helping teachers create engaging learning experiences while improving outcomes in mathematics, science and English. Through PACE in Punjab, we have also supported students preparing for competitive examinations like JEE and NEET, widening access to higher education.
Families and communities
From enabling Bihar's first statewide Parent-Teacher Meeting to integrating PTM data into Telangana's state systems and nurturing women-led community platforms through Shiksha Chaupals, our work has created real avenues for families and communities to take part in children's education.
